I just put my Marriott St Kitt's deeded Platinum Ocean unit for sale. I have booked a week February 5-12, 2017 that we are not going to use. Should I bank this week or try to include it in the sale?? I guess if I banked it the new owner could not use it until 2018?

I can't speak for Marriot, as ours is with Hyatt. If we have reserved our week for the coming year, then sold it we are required to give that week back, the new owners would have the availability to use it. Check your requirements as put forth by Marriot to see what they require.
