Seasons - Grand Solmar Lands End

Please define High, Medium, Low seasons at the Grand Solmar Lands End. Also, if you have a high season, can it be used any week of the year or just high season weeks?

Most generally the difference in seasons means only the demand. I.E. high season, high demand. High demand gets more trading power, but does not mean you can reserve any week, unless you convert to points.
