Please help and advise

I am an owner of Marriott Vacation Club and recently joined redweek to start renting out my unused points. Can someone help me with the list of weeks/dates and size of villas which are famous and get rented out easily?

Initially I paid upfront money to a broker but results are pretty mixed so I decided to start on my own.
