New to the forum here but not new to timeshares rentals (in laws own one in Williamsburg and FL). We LOVE Outerbanks but I know almost every rental in OBX is always for a whole week. That just won't work for us right now with my husband's work schedule. Does anyone ever offer to rent just 2 to 4-night stays??

Sand W.: Most owners have purchased a one-week interval and have paid the maintenance fee for that week prior to posting their rental, therefore shorter-term rentals are often not available. If you are willing to pay the full weekly price, or if the owner is willing to negotiate, then staying for a shorter period should not be an issue. Point owners may also be able to reserve several days instead of a week.
