hi guys, i have a quesion about Paypal work

I had prespective renters want to use paypal, but I hadn't tried it and wasn't sure how it worked.

PayPal is very easy. Some like it, some don't. Trust is always a factor. Have a good contract together with YOUR terms.

1) You need to open an account

2) Using an email , you can send them a invoice. Notes to invoice what it's for. (should have a contract put together already)

3) They can now pay the invoice sent (downpayment , or in full) with credit card or PayPal balance. You will be charged a 3% fee subtracted from the total.

4) You can transfer the money to your bank from PayPal at no cost.
