how much extra?

timeshare rental posted a place for 2 people, additional people are extra, are they included in all inclusive and how much extra?

It depends you need to contact the renter and ask. It may also be that the unit is only for a maximum of 2, you would have to clarify that as well. Usually unless the resort is All inclusive the rental fee is the same regardless of how many are staying as long as it doesn't exceed maximum occupancy.
