Rental Deposit?

For Rental; Is there a deposit amount taken for any damage that may occur to the Condo?

Most timeshare resorts take a credit card deposit from the renter at check in, which would be used for any damage done to the unit. Please check with your resort to see what their policy is and also have a rental agreement in place that states the renter is responsible for any damages to the unit.
