Does this apply to the board of directors? Specifically, the Secretary. When I asked to see the proxy counts, where their tabulations came from, I was denied by our Management company. I was told that "owners" apply to all owners, and board members, board officers are not allowed access because of privacy issues of Florida Timeshare laws. Can someone help me find out, or direct me to look?
