IN SEARCH OF TIMESHARE INFORMATION REGARDING COMPLIANCE IN FLORIDA AND OPERATING EXPENSE DATA

I am dealing with a resort that has a lot of issues in Florida. Much has to do w/ transparency and compliance, committees, boards, elections, and quorums.

I am a 35 year commercial and real estate professional with a license for Appraisal, Brokerage, and Consultation.

Therefore, operating expenses, comparable expenses among resorts. I would imagine the unit of comparison is the # of weeks or # of units.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and I am always happy to reciprocate.
