Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

5 night rentals

I'm new to the timeshare rental world and own at Westin Nanea. I'm considering renting out our 2bdrm for 5 nights? Is that potentially attractive to renters or does it have to be 7 nights? Any insights appreciated! Mike

I have Marriott's and rent most of them for 5 nights with not problem, and some for 3 night weekends. Renting is a great way to pay your maintenance fees, i call it OPP... Other People Pay
