Rental in Cherry Grove ( Myrtle Beach )

Hello, I am looking to rent a condo in the Cherry Grove area South Carolina in March.

Are there any other fees that I should be made aware of that are not indicated on the posted price ? If there are what would be the fees ? There is no price breakdown of any added fees for what information I see in the posting.

I am new to the rental booking process and this will be my first time renting thru the RedWeek site. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mario Araujo
