Grand Luxxe at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta

Has the Vidanta World Theme Park opened yet?

Can anybody confirm if this theme park has opened yet? I am not finding specific information online, yet a reviewer posted that there is a gondola from the resort to the park. Thank you.
