HYATT AND MARRIOTT VACATION CLUBS

I am just starting to look for a resale for one of these vacation clubs. I wanted to make sure I would be able to use any of the properties. Also, can you use your points to stay at to stay at either a Hyatt Hotel or a Bonvoy hotel?

Does anybody know who owns the old Lawrence Welk Desert Oasis resort at 34567 Cathedral Canyon Dr, Cathedral City, CA 92234
