How does one just do verified ?

Last year I always verified my listings. This year I can not figure out how to do it. Either Redweek no longer allows this or my age is showing. I do not want to allow Redweek to manage the process. I want my agreement, I want to talk to a renter and I want payment in full before check in. Thoughts please.
