Can I request to rent multiple units in the same time?

Hello all. I had the unfortunate experience of not getting response from a owner in the 48 hours and I missed the opportunity to rent multiple other units for the period I wanted. I don't have the luxury of knowing the exact dates when my teen kids are available - so most of the time, our booking for vacations is last minute. MY question is - can I request to rent multiple units at the same time? I don't want to have to wait another 48 hours for a sole request, not get an answer from the owner and lose other opportunities to rent since my vacation is so close and I already booked the tickets
