looking to purchase

Hello. Where are you wanting to purchase? I have a studio with the Villa group. It’s an every other year maintenance fee under $600 and the other year you can pay a maintenance fee for a floater week. It’s a great timeshare I just ended up purchasing another one and don’t really need both.
