Timeshare Resale Purchases - Floating Weeks?

Looking at purchasing a week at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo. Resales are advertised as "Floating week, High Season". Does this mean weeks are based on availability? If so, how likely is one's ability to actually book a week in high season, e.g., February/March? Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this issue!

With a floating week you would need to contact the resort and reserve a week each year, based on availability. High season at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is considered to be weeks 1 - 50. Resort owners would need to respond on how easy or difficult it is to reserve during Feb/March.
