The Hyatt Vacation club has pricing for low, mid-level and high-level units for both purchase and for rent, but it seems a distinction of that fact is not displayed in the description. Consequently, people may be renting the lowest priced units not knowing it is the bottom floors. If the floor levels were listed, then people would understand why some units may command a higher rent. They may then choose to pay the higher rent to get a higher floor.

It seems it would be a simple matter to add the three floor levels 1-4, and 5-8 and 9-12. This would make it easier to rent the higher floors since the owners paid a premium for its purchase.
