I am quite disappointed with the service provided for "Verified and Protected" booking. It takes a weekend for anyone to respond for any booking and you have to bang on a door for anyone to actually respond back. Any price negotiation takes a couple of days. Then once accepted you still can't proceed with airline tickets until transaction is confirmed. So in total it took for us 6 days to finally get confirmation.
The question is, what am I paying $300 for? That service? I had much better experience and response time working directly with owners. This service is a ripoff. This must end.
