I'm not sure what the following language from the Redweek website means: "Self-service (DIY) rentals run for 6 months, but full service runs all the way up until 10 days before check-in no matter how early you post!" What happens after it's less than 10 days prior to check-in? Is the ad still active? Does it stay active up until the check-in day? If I have full service and the unit rents within that 10 day period, what would I need to do to complete the rental?
In addition to the posting fee, what other charges would I be responsible for as the owner of a unit that rents through Redweek?
What the specific success rates of owners who rent using full service versus those who opt for self service?
