How do you price a resale for a timeshare that combines both a fixed deeded week and 10 floater days in a 2 bedroom unit? Our home resort is Valdoro Mountain Lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado. We are Hilton Elite status and own a deed for a 2-bedroom unit in the 6th week of the year plus an additional 10 floater days through Hilton Grand Vacation Club. When we convert to RCI options, we have the equivalent of 2 red weeks worth of points.
