Can you get the all inclusive package when renting a time share in the Divi village?

is this an all inculsive

I would also like to know this as I am searching for an answer on this. If we book Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort through Red Week is the all inclusive package included as I see that this resort is listed and advertised as an all inclusive.
