I've stayed at this property four times, the first time around 2010 and the last time was this past June, 2023. I don't recall ever having poor internet service. During my first three visits, it was springtime (AC not needed) and we were informed that there was construction going on. I assume repairs and upgrades was happening. During those three visits, the units where I stayed were not old or outdated. This year, we were there in the summer time. We had AC and it worked well. The furniture was not outdated and no issues with the internet. The staff was very helpful and he property is very nice. I hope this helps. (marciab179)

I've stayed in some studios that were like a nice size hotel room with a love seat and room to move and I stayed in some that didn't even have room to comfortably sit in a chair. Can someone honestly describe the studios here? (larrys644)

We just stayed in a studio at this property for 5 nights since no villas were available. Studio is King size bed; pull-out couch small table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, some dishes, and silverware. Balcony has small table and 2 chairs. His and Her small closet; dresser drawers under TV. Stayed in the studio for 5 nights. Ate breakfast and lunch in and made dinner a couple nights using the incredibly clean grilling area that incorporates grilling utensils and sink. (markw1117)

Just stayed here for the third time consecutively (July 29-August 6, 2022). Yes, the washers and dryers are in the units and work very well. We haven't had an issue with them any time we've stayed there and use the dryers especially for towels. (mattk301)
