The river pool belonged to the Hyatt Cerromar Beach hotel next door anyway and was never actually part of the residence club amenities or ownership. Why don’t you have a place to comment on someone’s reviews. I just read a review about Orange Lake with information that is incorrect. I have been an owner there for 20+ years. Yes there are fees for some amenities but you have access to all four villages. You do not pay a fee to use the Lazy River in River Island or the water slides there. You only pay if you want to use the tubes. (suek151)

No, there is not a guest or amenity fee. You will have full access to everything the owner does. When you stay at the resort (whether owner or renting from an owner) you have the same privileges as everyone else staying there. (vickid12)

The resort is open and checking in reservations. We were told(less than a week from going-April26) that only pools and lazy river open for amenities. When we got here only pools were open- t hey had just closed lazy river. A lot of good it did to check ahead! We would have been happy with the pool & lazy river but pool only- might have cancelled... Apparently with low occupancy they decide by the day what they do, which they aren't offering much to begin with. (tj5654)
