Marriott's Ocean Pointe Notices

From April 13 - May 31, 2026, the parking lot and driveway areas between the Sailfish building north parking lot and the Pompano building south parking lot will undergo asphalt resurfacing. During this time, parking may be limited and daytime construction noise can be expected.

Most lower level units have obstructed view to the Ocean.
