Villa Roma is now a home away from home. We have been going with my entire extended family on my mom's side for 13 years and my children absolutely love it.! We have a spacious 2 bedroom condo that sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. The balcony overlooks the golf course so you can have some privacy as you enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Villa Roma Resort has multiple pools, a playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball area, a gym, bouncy equipment, bowling alley, arcades, and so much more! It is a week of family time, filled with numerous activities.
Been to 90 different resorts Villla Roma has the most ammenities and activities for everyone and including shows. Take advantage of golf, go~carts, skiing, near by fishing streams, float trips down the Delaware, Bethel Woodstock too.
BEST family resort in NY area ! Safe & clean & awesome place for children to have fun while parents are enjoying vacation time ! Easy drive from tri-state area. Great food and lots of activities. Live entertainment, kids club, indoor pool, always something for everyone ! Wonderful family orientated property to make lasting memories !!

Great place for the whole Family! The vacation villas are located in the Catskill Mountains of New York State, they are furnished with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with flat screen televisions with built in DVD players, dining areas, outside units with balconies overlooking the spectacular Catskill Mountains!
This is such a great place for all, adults and children. Adults can enjoy themselves while the children in multiple age groups have fun with their counselors. So much to do I never miss a week with multiple units. Made great lifelong friends here. You will not be disappointed.
Awesome place to enjoy family vacation, I actually have 2 timeshares. Week 21 and week 25. Week 25 I am keeping week 21 I am selling cause of scheduling conflicts with kids schooling
Villa has a beautiful view facing pool and Resort but yet you still have a quiet atmosphere.
Another plus is Villa is on the first floor in building 24.
With gas prices going through the roof, you can drive to the resort and never leave for a week and enjoy the amenities. Where else can you take your entire family and extended family for $200 per night.
Wonderful family vacation, so much to do at resort and beautiful surrounding area. Lovely towns, restaurants, distilleries, wineries, breweries, plus the Woodstock site and museum are great! Racetrack and casino also nearby.
