What types of activities are there at the resort? Kids? Adults?
They have a good assortment of activities for both adults and kids.
We have been going to Waterside for almost 20 years. There are so manyactivities poolside....Both for kids and adults. Learn how to make SheCrab Soup. Sing some karaoke. Life size Chess Game! Activities directorsaround every day to facilitate different activities. Root beer floats orMargaritas for those over 21. All different crafts available daily, sosomething to do, even if you get a stray thunderstorm. Even if forecastsays 90% rain, you may never see a drop on your spot of the island! Oneyear my daughter had her arm in a cast and couldn't go to the beach.Activities director showed up to our door with a plethora of crafts tokeep her busy for a month! We were only there a week. :) Movie nights andrainy day crafts were in the Registration building. But very few rainydays, as I said, in our 20 years of HHI vacationing. Waterside is by far,our favorite resort, followed closely by Blue Water for when we got alittle older. Loads of Bars and Restaurants are a stones throw fromWaterside. We also like to take a short drive to the see a Broadway levelshow at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina Theatre which is about 5minutes from Waterside!
