This is a fabulous location when compared to every other option on Kauai. From the on site amenities to the off site attractions and services this property has it all. The walking trails in this area are safe and varied . Just great for the casual stroll or an athletic training. There are two swimming pools on property. A large lagoon style pool with adjacent restaurant perfect for the family as well as a "quiet pool" between buildings 2 and 3. White sandy beaches are close by just a short walk along the coastal trail. Whale watching in season! Spectacular sunrises and moon rises over the ocean and all the ingredients for your tropical fantasy vacation where lifetime memories are made! This offering is an oceanfront unit with all the splendor of the blue pacific spread before you from your living room lanai!

We love this resort, we keep going back. The gardens and views are so beautiful, and the ocean paths with whale and turtle watching is so amazing

Great location on the sunny side of Kauai in Poipu. Fantastic resort situated less than a five minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and all the restaurants within Grand Hyatt Poipu. Best island in the world!

This resort is wonderful. The two bedrooms and two bath give lots of space, and the kitchen allows you to cook all your meals so you don't have to eat out all the time. The beach-pool is so unique and wonderful. The activities are fun and they have something for everyone, and of all ages. The location is beautiful, and if you are lucky enough to get an ocean view, you won't be disappointed. There are turtles in the water right behind the resort. Amazing to see them in the surf. Close to Poipu Beach, which we love for snorkeling. We love this resort and plan to return!

The Point at Poipu is the most relaxing resort we've ever stayed at. Since it's not a high-rise the views are great and you can see the trees and sky. The resort has a real Hawaiian feel and is close to affordable restaurants.

Love this Ocean Front condo. Most have wrap around balconies. Conveniently located between the Hyatt Hotel and the Marriott Waiohai and close to Poipu Beach. Watch the turtles in the surf. Huge pool!

We are owners of two weeks, even years. Bought in 2002. Very pleased with The Point at Poipu. Ownership and management has changes several times between 2002 and 2022, Yes, $75,000,000 was spent to upgrade the structures and owners were assessed for the costs of the repairs and renovations over a five year period ending around 2013 or 2014. All views are great but this partial Ocean is even better. Can walk right to the beach which is an excellent value. Stayed here in March, 2022. on the 2nd floor, using elevator by choice 1/2 the time and exercising on stairs the other half. Very spacious at 1300 sq ft. It may not Last this is a difficult property to get into.

The Point at Poipu is a lovely resort located on the beautiful island of Kauai. This 2 bedroom unit is an ocean view with a full kitchen. Close to a beautiful beach and restaurants. And January is a great month to escape to Hawaii!

GREAT STAFF AND VERY CLEAN UNIT. THE OCEAN VIEW IS TERRIFIC.

Beautiful location and views. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms somewhat dated, but surroundings make up for it.

We love this resort and have been coming back to it year after year since 1998. The location is perfect, the grounds are beautiful, the condos are updated and very clean and comfortable. Easy access to numerous beaches, restaurants, and shops. Golf close by , great trails for hiking, over all a fantastic relaxing experience at an amazing resort.

Love this resort. Quiet and gorgeous on the "sunny side" of the island. Have come here for years and have my favorite beaches to visit, farmer's market, shopping places and wonderful restaurants nearby. The best of all is enjoying the amenties at the resort, bar-b-queing chicken dinner after a day at the pool and watching the waves and sea turtles. Awwww......relax.

Beautiful seaside resort with gorgeous views! Close to the beach where we saw seals and turtles pull out daily! The resort staff is friendly and helpful, our 2 BR was more than enough room for 2 couples - wish we had invited a 3rd!

Kauai is very laid back, green and full of beautiful beaches and great restaurants.

This is a beautiful resort with a lagoon - like pool and gorgeous views of the ocean and mountains. A short walk will lead you to several restaurants and sandy beaches. Incredible views of sea turtles at rocky waterfront! Kid friendly, full kitchen with washer and dryer. ( Nice fitness area.) If you want to relax and enjoy life, this is an incredible place to go!
