The resort location is fantastic, especially if you are interested in the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix which is happening Nov 20 - 22 2025.

Great location just off the strip. Next to the Sphere and walking distance to the High Roller ferris wheel. Staff is helpful and friendly, grounds are clean, free parking and plenty of pools.

We have stayed at this resort 4 times and enjoyed every moment. The 1-bedroom suite is up to date and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Sphere is just a short walking distant from the resort and a 5 -10-minute walk to the Prominade, High Roller, restaurants, casinos and more.

I have stayed at this resort multiple times and the service is excellent. Location is walking distance to the Sphere (next to it), High Roller (across it), and to many Casinos. Very clean and comfortable.

Come here every year to a great location and fabulous room. Everything you need is here!

This place is wonderful. Conveniently located to the Strip and you don't have to walk very far to get to your car.

We enjoy staying at the Desert Club and go there at least 3 times a year. We have never had a problem with anything during our stays. The location is excellent for walking to the Linq area and the strip. The Formula 1 race goes by on the street adjacent to the property which is also adjacent to the Sphere. Parking is no problem and ride share is convenient if you are a non- walker. Restaurant and pools are managed well and the resort is very well maintained and clean.

Great Location nice pools, restaurant, bar and small grocery available, shuttle Service free parking. Close to Harrahs, Sphere, High Roller and this years Formula one race.

We stay at this resort often. The location is great, the staff have always been friendly, pleasant and helpful and our units have always been extremely clean. It's nice to have many pools located throughout the property and to have the washer and dryer at our unit. We love being able to sit out on the balcony to start our day or to relax at night. It's the best way to vacation.

Amazing service, the resort is always clean and with comfortable beds, free parking. We had an amazing view of the Sphere. Walk to Sphere for a concert. It was so convenient.

Lots to do on the property and a great location with a free shuttle to multiple locations on the strip. Free concierge service, restaurant and convenience store on the property. Large, well-stocked rooms if you decide to stay in instead.

This resort is very well looked after and does an excellent job of looking after their guests. We were just there for the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix and it was a very enjoyable stay. It is located behind the "High Roller" at the Linq and is just a 5-10 minute walk away from the strip. It is conveniently located for access (via ride sharing) to Allegiant Stadium and you don't have to pay for parking.

This is a beautiful one bedroom condo that comfortably sleeps four people. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to see the Super Bowl and have all of these sites available at your fingertips! It is 10 minutes from the airport. It is within walking distance the Linq Hotel featuring the Highroller. it is perfectly located for shopping and easy access to the strip! This is an excellent location for all things Vegas. Walking distance to the strip, driving distance to great hiking and a Shuttle to ‘old Vegas’.

We are owners at the new Summer Bay Resorts Las Vegas Desert Club time share and just returned from our first visit to the new facility (located one block from the old facilty which has been torn down). It is simply amazing!!! A recent $45,000,000 renovation of the units in the Desert Club has been completed. Work is being completed on the final step of the renovation to the club house (completely new) which should be completed by November, 2009. ALL of the living units have been completely renovated to include such extras as a plasma TV in every room, fireplaces, and all new furniture, carpets, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning, etc.

In real estate, they always talk about "LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION" as being most important. And the Summer Bay Resorts Desert Club has a prime location. It is right in the heart of the Las Vegas strip near the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. Within easy walking distance are Bally's, Flamingo, Imperial Palace, Harrahs, Venetian, Bellagio, and Caesars Palace. The monorail is approximately 1-1/2 blocks away to provide easy access to the rest of the strip. And to make things even easier, shuttles run to several of the other casinos starting early in the day and ending late at night.

The Summer Bay Resorts Las Vegas Desert Club is definitely a Five Star facility!!!

I am an owner here and have been for the past eleven years. I always stay here when coming to Vegas, even though I own several other time shares in the area. Why? When staying in Vegas, the location is extremely important and the amenities are secondary. When I am in Vegas, more than any other place I travel, I spend very little time in the room. The units are dated, but clean, and the staff is friendly and accomodating. The location is just what one needs to get to The Strip and the monorail system. The Imperial Palace is at your backdoor. Also as a side note, this resort will soon disappear as it will be "relocated" in the same area in an incredible new time share facility with a brand new name. Good bye, Summer Bay! We are looking forward to staying at the new facility like we did at the old one!
