Great resort for family and friends can sleep 8 close to Disneyland and the beach. Shuttle service can take you to a few different locations for shopping, beach etc.

In all my Marriott timeshare visits, Newport Coast Villas is by far the top of the list!! It’s my home resort and I’m so bummed I can’t make it this year!

I love this resort! It is beautiful and relaxing a a perfect location! Very clean!

As owner of Newport Coast property, we stayed multiple times. Most of the time, we had remodeled unit with beautiful ocean view. Location is ideal for families with Crystal Cove, Laguna Beach close by. Titanium Elite status with Marriott. Enjoy!

Great Location! Ocean views, Beaches nearby. Pools and amenities excellent! Golfing options nearby. John Wayne Airport within 20 minutes.

We have been coming to this resort for over 15 years and my kids still loves it here. My family always have an amazing time here at Newport Coast. There are so many things to around the area.

We have brought our 7 and 4-year-old boys here since they were born..sometimes twice a year.

Its a great place to vacation with kids.

Always excellent as easy access to coast, LA proper, cities toward San Diego for an easy day trip. Town of Newport Beach is intimate with nice shopping and a variety of restaurants. Several miles south is a Trader Joes if want to buy groceries etc. Excellent location! Close to Laguna, Crystal Cove, Corona Del Mar and Newport Beach.

Beautiful Resort with Ocean views, lots of space, and fun activities on property and just across the street from the Beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants (fine dining or casual) close by. We LOVE vacationing at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas.

This is a wonderful resort with many pools and plenty of activity. The location is awesome.

Marriott's Newport Coast Villas is a gem. The units are clean and beautiful. The grounds and facilities are meticulously maintained. The views are breathtaking. And you can't find a better value in Newport Beach. We have been coming here for years (at least once a year) and plan to continue to do so.

We've stayed here since it was built...that's at least 20 years. The rooms are always immaculate and the facilities are excellent. It's a great experience every time. There are plenty of things to do nearby.
