We had a very lovely stay as our first visit to Newport Beach/Coast. The weather was mild and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again in the very near future.

Perfect location with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Lots of things to do on the property and nearby. We start each day with a walk along the cliffs and down to the Crystal Cove beach. We've made plenty of family vacation memories in Newport, we only wish we could live there year round!

Spectacular views, amenities. The pools and hot tubs are amazing. We really enjoy the ability to BBQ on site and stay in at times. Pickle ball courts have been my kids favorite!
Newport Coast Villas are located in the heart of Orange County, California. We have owned a unit at this location for many years and have created many wonderful family memories while staying there. Come and see for yourself; you won't be disappointed!
