This timeshare location is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, the views are unreal. The entire property is very clean and very well maintained, and the staff is excellent in taking care of you. I can't think of a better place to relax and spend some time away enjoying your loved ones, it truly is wonderful.
We have vacationed at Newport Coast for the past ten summers and never get tired of the gorgeous coastline, convenience of location, accessibility to shopping, dining and outdoor activities. It's simply the most beautiful place to spend a week or two!
We've been owners and staying at Newport Coast Villas for close to 20 years. We love this resort. It has fulfilled our vacation needs from when our kids were small though young adults. We highly recommend staying here.
Awesome location across the highway from Crystal Cove beach with ocean views to catch sunset from many different locations on site. Lots of pools and walking trails.
Marriott's Newport Coast Villas are one of the most sought after resorts in the universe of resort rentals. It is always clean, well maintained, and completely equipped for your resort enjoyment. It is conveniently located and weather is near perfect year-round. Located on the coast just north of Laguna Beach with Disneyland and the Getty Museum a short drive away.
Marriott Newport coast is near Crystal Cove beach, close to Anaheim Disneyland, Escondido Wild Animal Park, San Diego Sea World, and the beautiful Newport Harbor. Shuttle down to Crystal Cove is convenient.
Spacious villas perched on hillside overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Fantastic Southern California beaches, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
We had 7 people stay here last June and we had a fantastic time. The pools were sparkling clean and the snack bar was delicious. The gym is nicely-equipped and the lobby with a convenience store was really helpful. There's a frequent shuttle down to Crystal Cove Beach. The shopping nearby is world-class. Ask for a unit on the same level as the main pool and lobby. Otherwise, there are a lot of stairs to climb.
This place is one of our favorite places to stay in Southern California. It's hard to consider staying anywhere else considering the location and proximity to beaches, sport venues, amusement parks, restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly and the property is well maintained.
Wonderful resort with beautiful views. Perfect location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Nestled between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Great place for a relaxing and invigorating vacation of your dreams.
One thing you can always count on with the Marriott is a wonderful bed with the highest quality sheets! We have been owners of this resort since it was just dirt and a blueprint and continue to enjoy visiting and staying there. It’s super convenient to many activities and it never feels too crowded or that the resort is overbooked. The units are expansive with lovely balconies. You can count on Newport Coast Villas for luxury and convenience.
This is our favorite summertime resort! So much to do, fine restaurants, great entertainment, magnificent ocean views. We spend quite a lot of time at Newport Coast Villas every year.
