A great place to relax. No loud music or rowdy guests. The on site restaurants are a joy to go to. You can sit at a table inside or out both have a view of the beach and water. Great to watch all the boats coming and going.

Home away from home. Always a relaxing week of sun and fun. The resort is family friendly and is a blast for all ages. Truly a hidden gem in Cancun.

Very special place with outstanding service. Located on the Caribbean Bay that is ideal for snorkeling and many water sports. Activities for the kids while you relax and be waited on while basking in the sun.

Beautiful family friendly resort, on the calm water beach. Activities for all ages, with an adult pool and children’s pool. Swim up bar and outdoor eating with speciality nights. All inclusive is reasonable (additional charge) with high quality food and drinks.

We have been going to Royal Cancun for many years and always enjoy it. It is extremely well maintained and the staff is wonderful. The beach is large & clean, the sea is calm, and it is great for families. There is a grocery store, fitness center, 3 restaurants, and self-service laundry on site as well as daily maid service and free shuttle service to Royal Resorts sister resorts. An all-inclusive option is also available. We go in December so the weather is great and the Christmas decorations are beautiful.

Our family just returned from spending Christmas week at the Royal Cancun. We rented (through RedWeek) two units on the beach. With two young children, the Club was perfect. The facilities are in beautiful condition. We enjoyed the sun fishing, the beach and the pools. We loved the low rise architecture and the views. This is a great resort.

As a 40+ year Royal Resorts owner, the Royal Cancun resort is the essence in vacationing.

The C-sized villas offer the extra space all families require. 2 bedroom / 2 bath, full kitchen with all the needed amenities, large dining/living room, with a large terrace. The 2nd floor master suite offers a King bed w/ private bath and private terrace.

The staff at the Royal Cancun is fantastic. Everyone will truly treat you (owners and guests) as royalty.

Beautiful Resort. Since the resort is on the North side of the Hotel Zone, the waters are calm and the location is close to downtown if you are one who feels like venturing out (We do a lot). The resort is very clean with two pools. The main pool has a swim-up bar, the other pool has the bar on the beach. The bartenders are very friendly and fun. Onsite restaurants if you don't feel like leaving the resort.

Small resort setting, low rise buildings in hacienda style. NOT a large hotel setting teaming with people. Staff are exceptional with very low turnover. We have stayed here for 20+ years and see the same staff year after year. Incredible for a service industry.

I love it here! The ocean is crystal clear and beautiful! its a older well taken care of resort. It's "old Mexico" and Fabulous! the staff and food is amazing! You can use the resort taxi to go to neighbor resorts like the sands. (That is more of a party resort).. I look forward to staying here every Summer! See you in June~~

This was our first time at the Royal Cancun, we stayed five nights in a ocean view two bedroom unit. The staff was very nice, the grounds were manicured, and our room was extremely clean. The beach was wonderful, and the water was smooth with small waves. We had the all-inclusive which included food and drink. I thought the food was prepared very well, and the drinks....well, let's say I couldn't find my room one night. Highly recommended.

I was an owner there for 28 Years. Everything was always impeccably ..clean .. all the staff right down to the bellhop and gardeners were friendly it was wonderful. They have a great restaurant/bar with the swim up area RIGHT ON THE BEACH SIDE..we never had a bad meal there excellent!. AND FOR FINE DINING UPSCALE ,MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THEIR SISTER RESORT THE ROYAL MAYN, CONQUISTADOR DINING ROOM OUTSTANDING !
