Owners set their own price for their rental week, so you would need tocontact the owner to find out why the week is priced as it is. Theall-inclusive fee is per person, and the rate will often vary by season,so without knowing how many people will be occupying the unit, it wouldnot be possible to include this fee in the rental price.

I am wondering why the fee for a 1 week rental at Royal Hacienda is$1300? That does not include all inclusive. Often 1 week on Expedia, atMexican Resorts, is $1300, everything included.

Posting prices do not reflect the all-inclusive fee. The resort's REFINEall-inclusive package is currently optional for renters, but mandatoryfor exchanges. Please verify with the owner which all-inclusive fees mayapply to you.
