Perfect winter vacation! Great for families! World-class skiing at Breckenridge, and nearby Summit County resorts. This Hyatt Main Street is close to everything you can ask for!

We have been owners at Breckenridge Mainstreet Station for over 15 years. The property is always in great shape, staff helpful and other guests fun to hang out with in the many hot hubs and while grilling out. The awesome bathrobes that are in our unit are fabulous for the trip to and from the hot tubs!

We have owned our 2 bedroom unit at HMSS in Breckenridge since the development was first opened nearly 20 years ago. We have been impressed with the HOA and Management's commitment to maintaining the property and living units. It literally looks the same as the day we bought it. This is a special place in the mountains during both the summer and winter seasons.

One of the best locations in Breckenridge with an easy walk to almost anywhere. Amazing property.

Hyatt quality bedding, and cleanliness. The location is fantastic. Walk over to the lift, convenient restaurants and bars next door, underground free parking, and quiet for sleeping. Hot tubs, heated pool outdoor, sauna, steam rooms and fully equipped gym. Robes & slippers in room. Fantastic skiing on Peak 6,7,8,9,10 great groomed and reliable snow conditions for Week6. Best overall value in Breckenridge!

The property is very nicely decorated and furnished. It is within walking distance of a lift. We get free private boot locker and ski storage at the ski rental shop. There is a large pool and 4 hot tubs that is shared with another property. Location is superb as it is walkable to Main Street.

Just spent a long weekend in a two bedroom two bath it was wonderful. This property has everything you need from a free shuttle that will take and pick you up anywhere in Breck, full maid service love having my bed made each day totally felt pampered. The super nice ski valet downstairs is great, nothing like putting on warm ski boots in the morning!! Hot tubs and workout room were clean and well maintained. Definitely the place to stay!!

Outstanding property!!! The studio is our favorite as it has all you need to cook, refrig etc.. The gondola is a short walk from the free Hyatt valet service on the property.

Fall Season October

This is a top notch property. Not only is it in the perfect location, but the resort is so well run. The rooms are more than we expected. We stayed in a studio and that was all we needed for the 4 of us with lots of space left over. We like to cook and had no problem in the unit. This is the first studio that had almost all of the conveniences of a 1 bedroom. The pools, fitness room, hot tubs, and movie room were so enjoyable. The town is very quaint and has lots of shops and resturants around. We did some hiking and the trails were really fun. We went ice skating at the local rink in town and loved it.

We also stayed in a 2 bedroom on another occasion. These rooms are very nice and large.

Our family had lots of fun at the Hyatt and in Breckenridge. I'm sure you will too. This place meets and beats all of our expectations. Enjoy!!!

5 Stars at affordable prices!

I have stayed at several condos throughout Colorado while snow skiing. The Hyatt Main Street Station is at the top of my list. The facility is first class all the way. It will exceed your expectations. The staff is friendly and quick to assist with your every need. And the location cannot be beat. It is on the corner of Main Street and Park Street, thus it is easy walking (no driving) to all Breckenridge restaurants and shops. (Most of the condos in Breck (i.e. Grand Timber Lodge) are up the giant hill from the downtown area requiring you to fight the automobile traffic and search for limited parking spots.) The Quicksilver Lift is only 300 yards away allowing for lunch in the condo if you wish to save a little money. Amenities include: 24 hour front desk, wireless, high speed internet access, daily housekeeping service, fitness center, sauna, 7 outside hot tubs, fireplaces, free underground parking, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, separate jetted tub and glass enclosed shower, washer and dryer in condo or on each floor; 42” LCD TVs, ski rental and storage on site.

PS: The summers are as great as the winters!

Great location at the end of the main street, or as they say "Where the mountain meets main street." Directly adjacent to Maggie Pond with beautiful views of it and the mountains, and near all the great shops and restaurants at Main Street Station. Very elegantly appointed units, with granite countertops, up-scale appliances and furniture. Free underground parking is a nice extra. A superb place!

This is a First Class property. The nicest of the Hyatt properties that I have stayed. Outstanding staff and beautiful rooms. I will be back!!!

I have traveled all over. If you stay here you will NOT be disappointed,honest.

Never purchase a Hyatt Residence club membership as their customer support is very difficult to work with in resolving issues. We booked at stay here in March, 2020 and the day we checked in, the ski resort closed due to covid. We did not have a way to immediately return home because we had non-refundable airfare but worked to find the earliest return flights without penalty. The front desk gave us an email address and said we could contact them and (falsely) implied we could book a different vacation week when the ski resort reopened. We sent 5 requests to the email address provided by the front desk over a period of 5 months asking for someone to contact us regarding our trip but did not hear back for almost 6 months. Initially we thought the delayed response was due to Covid issues. But as time passed, we realized they simply did not respond to our repeated and respectful questions. We also called the customer service phone support to explain the situation but each time they told us we needed to write an email (which we had already done). Finally, after 5 months of our endless attempt to get a resolution, we phoned customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. We were told there was not supervisor to speak with. We finally heard back from them, and they refused to re-book our travel week. Owners of subsequent weeks when the resort was closed due to covid were given the opportunity to re-book their trip. However, those of us who checked in during the week the resort shut down and incurred travel costs, meals, and had to return home as soon as we could make return travel arrangements were not given the opportunity to re-book. Finally, Hyatt did offer a few days to compensate for the days we did not use but this is of no use to us as we don't travel to stay at a place for just a few nights given the cost of airfare and car rentals. If you want good service, I'd recommend finding a different timeshare.
