A lovely resort with a water park on property with a lazy river, slide, huge heated pool and toddler area with fountains. Rooms are very clean and updated furnishings. In house restaurant and pool side bar. Resort is right next to the Port where you can watch the ships come in and out!

We stay at Cape Canaveral every year and love this resort. The friendly staff has been there for years, it's nice to see familiar faces. They usually have live outdoor music on the weekends, very convenient beach access and nice pools.

Truly a vacation resort! Everything is top quality, beach has gorgeous sand, wonderful lazy river and water play, and we love the hot tub, mini golf and game room. Plus a nice cafe with a decent menu. So much on property along with a fully-equipped kitchen - we save and really relax and enjoy! Oh - and Kennedy Space Center next door! And Orlando just an hour or so away! So good!!!

This is a great resort for families with so much to do. Waterslide, lazy river, hot tub, huge pool, free mini golf and free shuttle to and from the beach.

10 minute drive to Cocoa Beach and 1 hour drive to Orlando.

Close to the Atlantic Ocean beach and shoreline. Also near rocket launch facility and tourist shipping port. Good seafood restaraunts and boat / fishing rentals along the coast. Several Space museums nearby at rocket launch facility. Amenities include basketball and tennis courts, miniature golf, movies, swimming pools, water park, and free shuttle service to the beach. Arcade and game tables plus movies video library.

We have owned this timeshare for many years and have enjoyed it greatly. The oceanfront unit gets you the view and also away from the main building hustle. The location is close to Kennedy Center, Cocoa Beach and Orlando, and anywhere on the central east coast. Locally you have great beaches with generally calm water for swimming. seldom overly crowded and open for surf fishing. Restaurants from fast food to excellent dining close by. Direct view of the port. Courteous and efficient staff! Points can also be used at any Holiday Club location if you should want a change.

One of the best kid friendly beach front resorts! Clean, safe and checks all the boxes for a family. Especially nice place to leave from or return to for a cruise trip!!!

Simply a wonderful spot for a wonderful family vacation. Watch the ships go in and out of Port. Swim in the ocean, enjoy the wonderful pools. After a day in the sun enjoy the cool Condo style rooms with plenty of room to enjoy time together and private time too !

Wonderful resort with lots to do! Great beaches, and if our lucky you can catch a launch at the space center! We saw it from the beach and it was absolutley amazing!!!

Spectacular resort in cape canaveral with direct access to the beach, next to the canal where you can see from the pool, beach or from the balcony of the villas the departures of the cruise ships. They have a huge water park with a slide, a huge jacuzzi in the pool area and if there is a Nasa shuttle, it looks perfect from there. I totally recommend it.

Awesome location, we watched rockets, cruise ships, and sea turtles all from the property or just a short walk on the beach. Great family fun!

Cape Canaveral resort located on Cape Canaveral beach is an amazing resort close to NASA, CoCoa beach and cruise port. The resort has restaurants, play area, mini golf and so much more. Definitely a trip to put on the record book.

We absolutely love Holiday Inn Cape Canaveral! The pool, the ocean access, the cleanliness, the responsiveness from the staff= top notch! Highly recommend this resort for a family friendly vacation!

Great beach location, near the cruise ship harbor. At the end of the beach so very few people, and the pools and amenities are great. Many nice restaurants close by.

1/17/14 This resort is ideal for families with children. There is a large water park with lazy river and slid area, game room, play room, and miniature golf. There are plenty of lounge chairs for sunning around the main pool and heated Jacuzzi. A free shuttle takes you a quarter mile to a beautiful beach. The sand is white and fine. There is an indoor exercise room with sauna and a movie theater. For a small fee they offered family programs such as a comedian, a magician and a local zoo program. They offer concierge services, a computer room and free wifi in the guest rooms. We were up on the forth floor with a great view from our veranda and could watch the cruise ships going out to sea.. They just finished remodeling and put in granite countertops. Everything appears fairly new and in immaculate condition. The rooms are spacious and the staff helpful and courteous. We traded through RCI. We are seniors but with a bit of a kid in all of us. Also, there is plenty to do in the area. We visited the Kennedy Space Center. Go to the I-Max theaters early. They are closed in the afternoon. About two miles away is the Cove with over a half a dozen excellent seafood restaurants. You will be lucky if you can arrange a vacation at this timeshare.
