Always amazed at how beautifully maintained and clean this resort is! Never disappointed all the years I’ve been coming here. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Great location, close to grocery, restaurants and parks. Nice spacious 3 bedroom units. Great Friendly staff.

We were fortunate enough to rent a unit thru redweek owner from March 9-16,2019.This was our first visit to Marco Island & The Sunset Cove. My family of 5( all seniors) found the resort beautiful, comfortable,well kept & everything we could want. Hope to return next year for 2 weeks ( would love to find a unit available for 2 consecutive weeks first 2 weeks of March).

Wonderful accommodations. We stayed the second week of February and found that the interior furnishings had been totally redone in December. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We also used the complementary shuttle service to the beach which was so convenient. We also enjoyed the pool, barbecue area, gym and game room. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We bought this timeshare because we loved Marco Island and it was spacious to bring family and friends. Location is excellent. You won't need a car once you are there. The condo has a complimentary shuttle that takes you to the beach, shops, restaurant, bars all are in walking distance. the only reason we are selling it is because we bought a permanent home on Marco Island.

This is a very nice resort that has recently changed management. Our unit was beautifully furnished and updated overlooking the waterway and pool. The pool is rather small, but we practically had it to ourselves. It is located on an inland waterway, and is across the street from a complex of restaurants and shops so we didn't have to drive everywhere. The public beach access is not walkable, but is worth the drive since it is one of the prettiest beaches I've seen. The management had free bicycles for use and beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas for us to borrow on a fcfs basis. Overall a very nice and relaxing vacation. Would go back again!

Spent the first week of Feb. 2013. The place was spacious and the service top notch. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and water front. Well furnished and equipped. Only suggest would be to have better lighting in the living area for reading. Perhaps a floor lamp would help. Free shuttle to the beach was a great feature for the guests. LD
