I go almost every year to this resort and it never fails to impress me -- from the ocean view to the lake-like infinity pool to the service, I love this place. The slide is pretty awesome, too :)

The best location on the beach! Directly across the street is a very large upscale shopping area with many great restaurants, an interactive Aquarium - and a large ferris wheel! Our favorite resort vacation!

Probably the nicest location in Cancun.... lovely beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Polite and responsive staff. Food options could be a bit better - wish there was an authentic local restaurant on property. Love the homely feel of 2 bedroom villas with kitchen, living room and space to stretch out.

Love going to the Westin Lagunamar. We’ve been owners since they’ve opened and have gone Thanksgiving week most years. The resort is well-appointed and upscale without being stuffy, the staff is super accessible, helpful and friendly, and the location is awesome! You are right across the street from La Isla shopping mall with many great restaurants and retail.

We own many weeks of Sheraton and Westin timeshares and do not regret our purchase decisions. The Westin Lagunamar is one of our favorites. Everything & everybody at the resort are there to make your stay as restful and enjoyable as possible. Long may it continue

We just stayed at Westin Lagunamar in November 2022. The location of the resort is in close proximity to restaurants and supermarkets, so no rental car is needed. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. There are free activities daily, including Pickleball, yoga and water aerobics. The accommodations are fantastic. All of the units have a view of the ocean. We love the Mexican hospitality.

This resort is incredible. The pool is stunning and the rooms are large and comfortable. People are great as well.

In every way this is a premiere resort. The location is convenient to the shopping mall across the street, a quick drive to downtown, or a quick exit to tourist destinations. The swim up pool is awesome and the white sand beach is spectacular. Inside the villas you have everything you might need to do food prep and create a lovely sit-down meal. Beds...heavenly beds and they are named that for a reason. Great restaurants onsite and also short walks away. Love staying here!

Absolutely love this resort. The location is central to grocery stores, the mall and numerous restaurants. Every room is a good room. But what really makes this resort outstanding is the staff! I view the staff as my extended family and always look forward to seeing their smiling faces!

If you've never been, it's a great location in the hotel zone. Ocean front property with fantastic restaurants & activities nearby. The property is very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and adds to this beach front oasis that is great for families, couples and friend trips!

Absolute gem.

Fantastic units across from the best shopping in Cancun (walking in 5 minutes), the best infinity pool in Cancun (or anywhere?), and next to a real Mayan Temple (Tiemplo del Alacran). Great beach too. Cannot do better.

This two bedroom lock-off villa has 1,140 square feet and is a stylish intuitively appointed retreat combining a one bedroom premium villa and a studio premium villa allowing great flexibility, sleeping up to 8.

Great location with huge ocean-front pool and beautiful beach. Tons to do. Professionally managed.

We've now stayed here two times and both times were absolutely incredible. The hotel, the location and the staff are top notch both times. The pools are amazing, just wish they were heated sooner. Our last trip we didn't get to use it much as it was just too cold. The beach is the most amazing beach I've ever been too, the sand is unreal. The hotel itself has a confusing layout but you get used to it. The gyms are decent, better than most "hotel" gyms. The food is just kind of meh, the best food was their pasta, burger and fries. Drinks are expensvie except during happy hour, we find ourselves getting our own liquor and mixing our own. So far there has been a washer and dryer in the rooms we've stayed in. Cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful resort in a great location in the hotel zone of Cancun. Directly across from the mall and bus access directly in front of the resort. The pools and beach area are stunning and superb. All the amenities are top notch. A place to make unforgettable memories and even better over the holidays.

This is a beautifully well maintained property with attentive service and a warm wonderful staff. It is absolutely gorgeous with pools not to mention the infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. Your every need will be taken care of from food, to the spa to service, and options around town. when you need "me time" just go to this resort, it will melt your body, mind and soul and you will have tons of fun along the way:)
