My all-time favorite resort. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pools and beach, major shopping center across the road and grocery within walking distance. No need to drive. Also if you even think about taking a bus somewhere one will materialize right in front of you like the the night bus on Harry Potter and it only costs 12 pesos for the ride. Great public transportation.

The Westin Lagunamar is a centrally located resort in the hotel zone. Rooms are very clean and updated. Terrific ocean views. Two pools, including a huge infinity pool. Two fitness centers, a spa, kid’s club, convenient store and several bars and restaurants. Lots of daily activities. It is conveniently located across from the upscale La Isla shopping center (with many restaurants). But really, you would be happy never leaving the resort.

Great family resort centrally located near great restaurants with lots of activities right at the resort. Located right on the beach with all rooms having ocean view. Staff is wonderful and friendly!

From the minute you pull up to the lobby, the stunning views of the pool and ocean are amazing. The rooms are ocean view rooms of the soft white sand beach. Lunch poolside service is great! The location is perfect right across the street from a newly expanded and renovated shopping mall with stores and restaurants all in walking distance. The Spa is amazing, with many options available. To me, this is the best location in Cancun!

We loved staying at this resort! It was the perfect location, right on the beach and has an old Mayan Ruin right on the property! Easy access to everything, with buses and shuttle access to downtown and all activities. Great restaurants and evening shows. We will definitely be going back!

Our favorite resort in Mexico. We go multiple times every year and love everything about it. The staff is the best, and the hotel is well taken care of with large well-equipped rooms. And, the food and drinks are top notch!

The staff is incredible. The views are amazing from EVERY room! The infinity pool overlooks the beach. I've visited this resort many times and it never disappoints!

This oceanfront villa resort is situated on the Caribbean Sea in the Cancun Hotel Zone. Close to shops and restaurants and parks, and not far to Tulum, and hour and a half drive. Visit cenotes and explore many attractions. Very family oriented vacation.

Always an amazing experience. The massage therapists in Spa are awesome! I recommend Carmen. So much to do walking distance, since there are two malls across the street with so much to do. I can’t wait to go back. Nicest and most helpful staff. Beach and views are beautiful. Love the huge pool and hot tubs. Buffet for breakfest is great and they have themed dinners as well. I go to a reasonable dentist nearby that’s more than half less than in USA and does a great job. Well worth the trip on so many levels.

A wonderful place to celebrate Christmas with your family or friends. This resort is right on the beach with a view of the Caribbean Ocean, tons of family friendly activities, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and on the city bus line to get you to see more of Cancun. Come experience the BEST of Cancun at the most gorgeous resort.

Been coming to Lagunamar at least once a year since 2012 and absutely love it! Perfect location with lots to do, great restaurants nearby, beautiful beach, and the property is pristine.

One bedroom villas are gorgeous with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area that is separate from the bedroom and very large bathroom.

Great resort right across the street from La Isla in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. The staff is accommodating and wonderful, the water is clear aquamarine and every room is ocean front. This is the best way to enjoy the Mayan Riviera.
