The Westin Lagunamar is a fantastic property in a gorgeous location on the best section of Cancun's beach. Views are spectacular from the room as well as from the large infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Across the street is a great outdoor mall with restaurants and shops. The property is centrally located in the hotel zone, just a short taxi or bus ride to downtown. We have truly enjoyed every stay here for the last 13 years.

My wife and I have been coming to Lagunamar for 14 years, sometimes twice a year. Most of the staff has been working there during that time! We especially love the sea turtle activity on the beach, with baby turtles hatching in the fall.

Family friendly resort with plenty of amenities. View from the rooms are spectacular (all the rooms face the ocean). The pools are great with bars and restaurants so that all your needs are within reach. Upscale shopping mall and activities directly across the street.

This resort is in the perfect spot and it is gorgeous. Located near shopping, restaurants and the mall you will have everything you need here. They also have A doctor available for any needs. Great staff to help you in planning excursions or simply just asking for information that will help you with your trip. They also have Covid passes at the hotel resort itself. All around my favorite resort.

The Westin Lagunamar is located in a terrific location, directly across the street from La Isla mall and within walking distance of fabulous dining.

The rooms are very comfortable and have lovely ocean views.

But, the very best thing about the resort is its people. Always friendly, always helpful, they really make your vacation special!

My wife and I have always enjoyed our time at this resort! This is a go-to destination for our annual spring break trip with our kids. Williams is the best server and we always make it a point to ask for him when we arrive! You will not be disappointed!

We have visited this resort at least 5 times. It is the BEST! My favorite part is the swim up cocktail bar and their daily happy hours. The staff is fantastic and always friendly. We also love the infinity pool. You literally do not have to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. Definitely kid friendly as well.

We have been coming to the Westin Lagunamar for more than 10 years and always love to return to our 'home away from home'. We love the improvements that have been made over the years and the great restaurants that have been open for years and the many new restaurants (and nightclubs) that open while we are not there. The benefit of this resort is that you can really explore Cancun restaurants and nightlife at night. First thing we usually do is buy groceries at the nearby supermarket so that we can eat breakfast and lunch in our apartment and have enough beer, wine and tequila to drink in our room. Staff and service is usually excellent as long as you bring money to tip!

Have been coming here since it opened, some 15 years ago. Just can't make it this year. Always fun and great service.

The view is amazing, the staff is so helpful and accomodating, and the resort has everything you could want or need in addition to its location directly across for an outdoor mall with theatres, restaurants and shops!

The Lagunamar is absolutely beautiful. So clean and well kept. It makes for a super relaxing beach vacation! Store and restaurants right on site so you really never need to leave the complex!

Great location in the heart of the Hotel Zone. Directly across the street from La Isla Shopping Center with quick access to amazing restaurants and incredible shopping. Beautiful beaches and multiple pools to choose from. The Duna Sports Bar is my go-to restaurant on the resort (chicken tenders keep the kids happy).
