A relaxing island stay, steps from the Atlantic Ocean: This wonderful resort is located along Hilton Head Island’s coastline, next to sandy beaches and five miles from the iconic lighthouse and restaurants of Harbour Town. We’re a half mile from Coligny Beach Park and two miles from Shipyard Golf Club. Enjoy our oceanfront pool, bar, and picnic area with charcoal grills. Our resort is also Sea Turtle Friendly Certified.

Enjoy meals in Oceanside Bar & Grill, our terrace restaurant with views of the Atlantic and cozy seating areas with fire pits. Stop by The Marketplace for Starbucks® coffee, all-day meals, and takeout food.

Our oceanview suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, and the Guest bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. The Living Room has a full-sized pull-out sofa bed.

Ocean Oak is a beautiful boutique property with only `120 2 bedroom units directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The units are beautifully appointed with large bedrooms, luxury baths, and comfortable living and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped, with washer and dryer included. It is located within easy drive to shopping, grocery, and outstanding restaurants.

Ocean Oak is one of our favorite HGVC resorts. It’s right on the ocean! The pools are very nice. It’s in close proximity to many restaurants and activities. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable stay.

Ocean Oak is one of our FAVORITE resorts! We purchased 2 OCEANFRONT units (pre-construction) and haven’t regretted it one bit!

The property and location is FANTASTIC! The beach in front of the resort is never “packed” (as opposed to Coligny Beach or the Marriott resort area.)

Everything is within walking/biking distance and they always have some kind of daily activities. The kids program is phenomenal and our granddaughter LOVES it!

Having the FULL KITCHEN is the best and nothing beats cooking meals whilst looking at the ocean!

Fun fact:

We were actually (and accidentally) the very FIRST owners/guests to stay at this property so the AMAZING staff have a special place in our hearts! They never forget us (even when we didn’t go for 3 years) and it’s always like coming home. We love them all dearly.

Excellent accomodations during Heritage Golf Classic. Ocean Oaks is located just minutes from Harbortown. The property has been fully booked for this week for a year. And stays almost fully booked most of the year. Beautiful property. Clean new comfortable, sleeps 6. Full kitchen. Oceanfront property.

We have stayed at Ocean Oak Resort twice and each time has been great! Great location on the island.

This resort is our favorite. We’ve been to 16 different resort’s and we usually return here twice a year. We’ve found the staff here to be very friendly and helpful.

One of the newer and updated resorts on the island. Units are great for a family or group of friends. Location is walkable to coligny square which is full of great shops and restaurants. Beach is a 3min walk from any of the units.

Best resort on the island. Walking distance to Coligny. Clean spacious rooms with full kitchen, washer & dryer, balcony.

Private beach access. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Bike trails take you to Sea Pines and Coligny Park within minutes.

By far one of the best HGV properties. We love to travel to Ocean Oak Resort for the ease of the vacation. Everything is close by, Resort is well kept and updated. You will love every minute of your time spent here to the point you wont want to leave.

Perfect place to stay on HHI! Every unit has ocean views, it's super easy to walk right out onto the beach, and the pools are always amazing for the kids and adults. Location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and bike paths.

This is a new resort. Very clean and modern. Clean and quiet areas in and around buildings. Matted beach access with clean beach! You can walk 'til your heart's content! Weight room and activities on premise. Walking distance to shopping plaza, grocery store, restaurants, and public beach. Bike rentals for reasonable fees (off site).

One of the best resorts in the HGV family. Recent build with direct access to the beach. Swimming pool with a bar at the resort as well. Can get discounts on some of the beautiful golf courses and restaurants in the area. And the restaurants are top-notch. Great concierge and staff at the resort; stayed here several times with no issues.
