In regards to the air conditioning. We stayed there and were a little worried about not having air. It was 92 but there was always a beautiful breeze coming off the ocean.....we were in a KOA unit and didn't ever get hot. There are great tradewinds so you really don't need air there! It was a gorgeous place and I highly recommend it!
