As far as new management that won't be happening. Instead Diamond Resort International has purchased Sunterra Resorts. Now you'll be offered the once in a lifetime (sarcasm) opportunity to join Club Sunterra for an additional $2,995 and convert your fixed week to SunOptions points. There are advantages but I'm not paying almost $3,000 plus an additional $151/year club membership fee's (on top of our MF's) for internal exchange priveledges when I can pay $135 to I.I. and exchange into those very same resort. So far I've never had a problem exchanging my PT's weeks and pulling Sunterra weeks.
