First of all, I am not a man, I am a woman. Secondly, if you are a legitimate resale company then you would not charge an upfront fee until services are rendered (you sell the timeshare) and you get your FEES at CLOSING.
If you changed your business model to the above, then I would certainly recommend your company ..... until you do, then I cannot recommend any upfront fee resale company.
