The resort is nice and quiet but has a very limited beach which is only accessable in the summertime. There is a sundeck that sits atop a seawall approx 10 ft above the ocean. At high tide, the ocean is up against the seawall. The units are very nice, (we own there) 2 bdr. The master has a king bed and the second has 2 twins. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. I've never used the facilities at the Sands at it is a mile up the road, not next door. Any other questions I can answer?
