One additional comment I would like to add...once the general manager became aware of our dissatisfaction he quickly offered us a unit in the Grand Bliss. I was very grateful for his attention to this matter and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. I did see that a 3rd building is going up at the Grand Bliss so perhaps we owners will not be downgraded once this is complete. As for the staff...no where else will you find a more courteous group of workers always there to make your stay memorable.
