Sorry to burst your bubble but that $35,000 contract could have been purchased on eBay or through a reseller for a 10th of the price. In fact some people will sell for $1 just to get out of it. You fail to mention your annual maintenance fees, RCI membership fees and exchange fees. And keep in mind this fees rise yearly. I'm speaking from experience here. We just finished a 30 year lease agreement with Villa Del Palmar and are so happy it's done with. Sorry to tell you that it's a bad investment but at least you'll be forced to take a vacation every year and that's a good thing!
