Did you ever find someone to sell your timeshare without upfront fee?
Any Broker affliated with www.tsxmls.com does not charge an upfront fee.
You may want to try a group called Timeshare Broker Services based in Tampa. They don't take up-front fees and seem to do a good job and bill themselves as a broker for HGVC.
