Booking at HDM Cabo

We took a tour here and I am now looking at resale listings. Does anyone own here who can tell me what booking is like? How does the booking work (e.g., how can you see the inventory), and how far in advance does one need to book? I ask for a few reasons. The most immediate is that many of the listings require payment of the MFs for 2009, so I am concerned about whether I would even be able to use a week in the remainder of the year. For example, if anyone has the ability to look, would Thanksgiving week (week that includes 11/26) be able to be booked if I bought a "Master" right now?

Any other info that we should know that you discovered only after owning?

I own a unit and I have always gotten the date I wanted. You just call the 800 number and they look it up and you book. . Pam Womack pwom@comcast.net
