For anyone who keeps seeing posts from "The Group formed to bring legl issues to atterntion" It would be nice if they could spell, but is the least of their worries. As of May 23rd 2011, The REAL Silver Lakes Vacation Club Association" filed 3 demurs in Victorville Court to force the AFTSLVC to provide discovery to show cause in their alledged lawsuits but as of this date have refused to do so. Also in their website they claim that the Silver Lakes Vacation Club is filing individual lawsuits against the AFTSLVC members to stall the trial to be held in June of this year. So that everyone is clear.... The Silver Lakes Vacation Club Association "The Real Association" is looking forward to the trial in June and has no intention to delay the trial. But at the court house on Monday the 23rd the AFTSLVC councel pleaded with the judge to pospone the trial, which the judge denied. We are looking forward to trial, it is the place where everyone interested in the outcome should personally show up. I believe that those who come will have their eyes opened as to the validity of the AFTSLVC lawsuit once and for all. I as a AFTSLVC member would be more concerned as to where their money was spent by this group of so called "Truth Seekers".

I have to say that the last long post from TerriC seems a bit confused. There are two entities fighting here Silver Lakes Vacation Club and the Associates for Truth at Silver Lakes Vacation Club. I don't know where the 'Real' SLVC comes from at all since AFTSLVC is not claiming to be Silver Lakes Vacation Club in any way. AFTSLVC is a fairly large group of owners at SLVC who have banded together to fight various issues. The lawsuit was filed 2 years ago and is ongoing. The May 23rd hearing was a Ex Parte (emergency) hearing filed by SLVC's lawyer and was, in part, asking for quick response to deposition by several key AFTSLVC members. AFTSLVC did NOT ask the judge at any time to postpone the trial and neither 'officially' did SLVC. The motion for emergency deposition was dismissed by the court as was SLVC's request for sanctions against AFTSLVC. Currently the trial date is set for July 25th in Victorville. The only court scheduled item for June is a mandatory settlement meeting, not a trial. Feel free to check out the AFTSLVC website at www.aftslvc.com. The website is not publicly claiming that SLVC is filing individual lawsuits against members of AFTSLVC. You can easily check the San Bernardino court website and find that SLVC has filed cross-complaints individually against some (but not all) AFTSLVC members. Those, in effect, consitute individual lawsuits against AFTSLVC members. At the court website you can also see what has been happening with the lawsuit since it was filed in July of 2009. To access the San Bernardnio court website, go to http://206.169.61.205/openaccess/default.asp Choose Civil Court and search by Name (Silver Lakes Vacation Club). You'll need to go through court cases to the second page - this case is about 2/3rds of the way down. Simply click on the suit and you can see what's really happening in the court calendar.

TerriC (Terri Croan perhaps, the general manager of SLVC?) needs to get some basic facts straight and then we'll see what happens in JULY, not June.

SLVC has filed for Bankruptcy in Riverside Federal court in July 2011. (case # 6:11-bk-33951) There are many members who just want out from under the control of an ex-con William Bunch, but he will not even let them give back their timeshare. Where the money has gone is being questioned, as SLVC which is controlled by Mr. Bunch, claims it owes a half million dollars to WDB Marketing, which is owned and controlled by Mr. Bunch. Mr. Bunch also claims Silver Lakes Vacation Club owes money to Reefland Estates, who has thew same mailing address as Silver Lakes Vacation Club.

For anyone that would like to know the ruling of the court at the July 18, 2012 court hearing please contact the Silver Lakes Vacation Club at 760-243-03089 because it is evident that they are not posting it on their web-site at the aftslvc.com. Or you can go to the San Bernardino County web-site and read it for yourself. The end is definately in site and not quite what they had hoped for. Score 100 for all of us that have been screwed by this group. I guess it is true having your day in court can be truely a wonderful feeling when the court rules in favor of the facts not hearsay and lies.

Well maybe you should get your facts straight as well. When are you going to update your web-site as to the ruling that was handed down on the 18th of July? Not what you had hoped for? Well facts do speak louder than the fiction that you guys keep putting on that site.

Okay so does that make your post as confusing as mine? How about see you in August not July....or maybe not....since now all of you hiding behind the blanket name of aftslvc must step up to the plate and put your name on the dotted line.

TerriC - once again you're not really reading. So here's a response to your latest post: 1) You mention that I've got the date listed as July for trial, not August. Check when that post was written. In 2011 we were due to go to trial in July. SLVC filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy on the first day of the trial so it never really got started. A year later (and SLVC is on it's 3rd law firm since the bankruptcy filing), we now go to trial on August 20th. Oh, by the way, the bankruptcy was dismissed by the Federal Court since SLVC didn't provide necessary paperwork and just generally didn't seem to really wat to take it seriously, even though they are the ones that filed. We believe it was done mostly to stop our lawsuit. That, obviously, failed.

2) AFTSLVC is not a full-time organization with full-time employees. We all have real jobs and rel lives so I'm so sorry we aren't updating our website on your schedule. There is still information to be decided by the court from that hearing - we thought we'd wait until ALL the information is available.

3) If you would read the Minutes section on the court website for the hearing you'd actually see that the chance to have the Summary Judgment adjuticated (heard) was granted. It had previously been turned down by the court and SLVC had been told they needed to rewrite it before the court would look at it. The minutes say " THE COURTS TENTATIVE RULING BECOMES THE ORDER OF THE COURT ON THE MOTION EXCEPT FOR ISSUE 1-IF ASFT DOES NOT AMEND THE COMPLAINT. DEFENSE COUNSEL MR. HUFNAGEL TO PREPARE ORDER AFTER HEARING AND SUBMIT TO COUNSEL FOR APPR. COUNSEL TO APPROVE ". If you had a copy of the tentative ruling (which either you don't o you don't want to admit to) you'd see that many of our causes of action are still in play. The court ruled in SLVC's favor on a few issues and denied others. Add to that that the Summary Judgment didn't include all of our causes of action in the first place and we're still going quite strong. We will post the official order on our webste once it has been signed and approved so you can read for yourself what happened.

4) We are all hiding? Is that why SLVC has sued us in a cross-complaint INDIVIDUALLY? They didn't just pull names out of a hat or make them up when they filed the cross-complaint. All that information is also available on the court website. And, FYI, the part of the Summary Judgment saying that AFTSLVC has no right to sue as an organization was denied by the court. We go forward as AFTSLVC just like we always have. When our contracts are all voided by a Breech Of Contract ruling you'll see our names again.

5) You might want to check the court website for a case regarding Thomas Pinero also. He filed a suit agains SLVC for some (but not all) of the same items we are claiming before our suit got started. the actual trial was in April but the ruling just went up yesterday - he won "JUDGMENT WILL SHOW PLAINTIFF PREVAILING ON HIS BREACH OF IMPLIED COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING". SLVC was given nothing in their ross-complaint against him (which matched the cross-complaints against us pretty much exactly). Clearly forshadowing for our August trial.

Hi terric135 The real truth is out today. anyone seeing your message is advised to follow your directions to go to the court website. Today, you, Silver Lakes Vacation Club, William Bunch, and WDB Marketing all got your clock cleaned big time. You lost on each and every point. The jury only needed 9 votes to make a point stick, but there were 12 votes against you for all of the counts. Yes the end has come for you. You are correct in that is not what we had hoped for, it was much more!
